Charlene Gordon, President - Edmonds & Gordon Inc.
Over the course of twenty years, Charlene Gordon worked as manager of a business improvement area, project officer with a federal funding agency, and training manager for a rural economic development agency. Seeing an opportunity to put the skills and knowledge accumulated into one package, she opened Edmonds & Gordon Inc. in Stratford, Ontario, in 1998.
Edmonds & Gordon specializes in project management, proposal and grant writing, and community development. The company has thrived since day one, a testimony to hard work and good customer service.
Charlene’s strength lies in her ability to think outside the box while maintaining a firm grip on project details. She handles group relationships particularly well, placing a strong emphasis on situational analysis and confidentiality so that clients are always kept within their ‘comfort zones’.
A Guelph grad, Charlene also holds diplomas in Municipal Administration, Tourism & Travel, and Association Management. Her participation in a federal study examining biomass utilization and community energy initiatives has left her with a deep interest in alternative fuels.
Charlene works with Janice Davey, an experienced officer manager with particular expertise in data management systems, and Ron D. Cameron, a Professional Engineer with extensive corporate and workplace management experience in environmental protection, site remediation, corporate due diligence, and facility operations.
